Metadata in Files
Vy Mediabank automatically loads metadata from the images so titles, tags and more. is in place directly and is searchable.
Used Fields
The following are the main metadata fields we use.

Workflow Photoshop
- The tool for managing metadata in Photoshop is located under File -> File info
- Base information is entered in the first tab "Description"
- The title of the image is entered in the "Document title" field. (2-4 words)
- You can specify Photographer information Under Author.
- The description of the image. (140-200 characters)
- Keywords / tags should be specified after the predefined tags your organization has chosen.
- Copyright status should preferably be stated.
- Remaining information is entered under the second tab "IPTC"
- The contact information, Creator is by default the same as Author. Otherwise, the image agency's address should be stated here. Email and URL should also be provided.
- The last step is to specify Municipality (state / province), City (city) and Place (sublocation). Specified under the section IPTC Image
